My daughter calls Vitamin C....Vitamin seeds. We were in Target a couple of weeks ago and her "vitamin seed" fell out of her mouth, so I asked her to hold it until we found a trash can. She decided she wanted to take it home and plant it. No, I didn't let her take that one home :-).
Tonight we went to eat supper with some friends and the restaurant had a Jute Box. My son (and likely my daughter) thought it was a "Juice Box."
We went for a walk today and went through an area where they were building and my daughter said, "But daddy they're still makin' here." Her sweet little voice.
Tonight I was working in the yard and my children were playing outside. They rode their scooter up and down the sidewalk and their bikes. Then my sweet girl was tired and REALLY wanted to go inside. For some reason she thinks that my son has to go with her. He was being pretty persistent about staying outside...so she threw her things down and put her hands on her hips and said, "Take me inside now!!!!" So, her big brother did! Now, we don't promote throwing things down or being bossy, but it was rather funny. I know how exhausted she was...she is still trying to get well.
The last cute thing she said today....They wanted a flashlight to use outside and so she said, "Mommy would you be so kind to let us use yours?" Who could say no to that????
